FAQ
Is Dividee Aí free?
Yes. The full Pro is free for now, with no end date set: unlimited groups, full history and the same daily AI limit as Pro (30 requests a day). No automatic subscription or charge.
What is Dividee AI?
It is the app’s voice and chat assistant, behind the AI button in the bottom bar. It checks balances and creates groups and expenses from what you say or type. Before saving any change, it shows what it will do and waits for your confirmation. It is included in every account for now, with no end date set, with 30 requests a day.
How do I settle up?
Pay the other person however you like, then send the payment for approval in the app, with or without a receipt. In Brazil, Dividee Aí also generates a Pix code (Brazil’s instant payment) with the recipient’s key, and on Pro, Open Finance confirms the payment automatically.
How do I share a receipt straight from my bank?
On version 1.9.1 or later, pick Dividee Aí when sharing an image or PDF from your bank app. The app reads the receipt on your device and suggests the debt. Check the details and send it for approval. It is free on iPhone and Android.
Does Dividee Aí hold my money?
No. Money goes straight from the payer to the recipient, through their own banks. Dividee Aí only keeps the books and works out who owes what.

Can I use Dividee Aí in ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes, free for now, with no end date set, same as Pro. Dividee Pro MCP connects your account to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Claude Code: ask who owes you, log expenses and settle up by chatting. You authorize each app with your login and it only sees what you see. Setup steps are at dividee.ai/mcp.
How do I cancel Pro?
Anytime, with no fee, in the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and each user only reaches their own. Shared subscription passwords are end-to-end encrypted: only the person who created the subscription and the people they chose can open them; not even Dividee Aí can read them. We follow Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD): you can export or delete your account right in the app. We never sell your data.
