1. The service
Dividee Aí helps you record shared expenses, split amounts among friends and groups and keep track of who owes what. The amounts shown are computed from what users themselves record.
2. Your account
You are responsible for what you record and for keeping your access secure. You must be 18 or older. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or use the service in bad faith.
3. Payments between users
Settlements between friends are direct transfers between you (Pix copy and paste or, with Pro access through a subscription or temporary campaign, payment initiation through Open Finance by Efí). Dividee Aí is not a financial institution, holds no balance and does not intermediate funds: it only keeps the records and, when you ask, starts the payment you authorize in your own bank. Confirming a payment in the app is a record between you, not bank proof.
4. Pro plan
Dividee Aí Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription that unlocks unlimited groups, recurring subscriptions, full history and extra features. Billing is done by the Apple App Store or Google Play, with subscription status processed by RevenueCat. Older subscriptions bought on the website were billed by Stripe and are no longer sold. You can cancel whenever you want and access continues until the end of the paid period. Temporary campaigns may unlock features on Free with their own limits and end date, without starting a subscription. Prices may change with prior notice. 5. Group content
Expense descriptions and receipts are entered by users and visible to participants under the app’s rules. Shared subscription credentials are end-to-end encrypted and visible only to the person who created the subscription and the participants they chose. We are not responsible for arrangements between group members.
6. Dividee AI
Dividee AI is a voice and chat assistant that reads your data and prepares actions in the app, such as creating groups and expenses. It can make mistakes: check what appears on screen before you confirm. No change is saved without your confirmation, and you remain responsible for what you confirm. Use has a daily request limit that depends on your plan or the active campaign.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep everything up and correct, but we are not liable for losses from incorrect records made by users, temporary unavailability or third-party failures (banks, app stores, providers).
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the app. These terms are governed by Brazilian law; the venue is that of your domicile in Brazil.
